Located in a boutique township, this 300m² pavilion-style home was designed for a professional couple seeking lifestyle flexibility.

The brief called for a residence that would be both distinctive and adaptable – delivering enduring style, comfort, and broad appeal.

Private setting

The home unfolds in two distinct wings, joined by a central glazed entry with valley views captured through expansive, sun-drenched glazing.

A feature panelled wall adds to the refined feel in the master bedroom.

Media room, office and master suite fill one wing, offering privacy and seclusion for the master suite from the living, kitchen & remaining bedrooms.

Refined bedroom retreat

The master suite is a retreat defined by understated luxury and detailing, crafted to balance modern elegance with serene comfort – large windows & sliders frame morning light & valley views.

Anchored by plush soft furnishings with blends of soft textures and a calming neutral palette, the master bedroom also has feature wall panelling which adds subtle architectural interest while maintaining a minimalist aesthetic.

Bespoke walk-in wardrobe

The master bedroom flows into a bespoke walk-in wardrobe, with high quality materials, integrated toe kick lighting, ample shelving, an abundance of drawers & hanging space to offer a real boutique hotel experience every day.

Atmospheric ensuite

The adjoining ensuite is moody and dramatic with full-height, vein-cut, stone-look tiles that envelop the space in rich texture.

The walk-in wardrobe features custom wood cabinetry with a place for everything.
