From the moment you step inside, the vision of an open floor plan unfolds before your eyes.

Adorned in luxurious Arabescato Corchia marble – including its stylish bar area – this upmarket kitchen is a haven for culinary enthusiasts and entertainers alike.

Owner needs

  • The design goals were clear from the outset – to create a space that not only exuded elegance and sophistication but also provided the ideal setting for both intimate gatherings and grand entertaining.
  • This new build needed to be a sanctuary where the homeowners can both live and entertain in the same expansive space, all while retaining a sense of cosiness.
  • Sweeping views of the lake were required from virtually every corner – to take advantage of these view and allow the homeowners to lose themselves in their tranquil beauty, the kitchen’s features needed to seamless integrate indoors with any outdoor living spaces.

Challenges

  • The entire residence needed to be both luxurious and eco-conscious, including the kitchen area.
  • With walls of windows throughout, it was imperative to keep the sweeping views visible in the kitchen area while still allowing for room for storage, prep area needs, and cooking.
