The context
Every space within this coastal home is designed to flow naturally, ensuring an intuitive and immersive living experience – in fact, inspiration was drawn from the fluid elegance of a diving whale’s tail.
The kitchen
At the heart of the seaside home lies the kitchen, a bold and elegant space centred around a striking Oyster stone benchtop.
Its swirling, shell-like patterns capture the fluidity of ocean waves, making it a captivating focal point.
The benchtop cascades into a sculptural waterfall edge, adding a touch of organic movement that also echoes the flow of the sea.
Dark, soft-touch cabinetry contrasts with the stone, while premium appliances ensure both function and form are seamlessly integrated.
Overhead, fluted glass cabinetry provides subtle texture and visual depth, while refined pendant lighting elevates the ambiance.
A butler’s pantry offers additional storage and prep space, maintaining the kitchen’s clean, uncluttered aesthetic.
The combination of natural materials and contemporary design results in a kitchen that is as beautiful as it is practical.
