Kerr says staff members are trained to find the solution that best meets a customer’s requirements. “We like to think of it as a consultation process as opposed to a sales transaction. By listening to what the customer’s requirements are and asking the right questions, we find that there is a solution to most issues.”
Harvey Norman can also help customers financially by offering competitive finance terms for purchases.
“Our service doesn’t just end with a sale, however,” Kerr says. “Harvey Norman has trained installation teams throughout the country, so the whole process can be managed by our staff in conjunction with the customer. We also provide an after-sales service should a customer have any queries or concerns.”
