The design allows for direct access for vehicular movement from the rear laneway, while visitor pedestrian access is from the street.

Seen in an office environmet here, Luxaflex blinds are ideal for a variety of commercial applications, from schools, to retail and hospitality venues.

Brief: No separated living spaces, with all living interaction to be located within one space.
