In collaboration with Urban Construct, Collab Interiors was engaged to design the interiors of these high-end townhouses, each one crafted to reflect understated refinement, functionality, and enduring appeal.

Designed for high-end buyers, the homes merge architectural precision with layered texture and materiality, creating an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and warm.

Each of the three-storey homes is complete with an internal lift, balancing convenience with contemporary elegance.

The upper living level showcases open-plan design anchored by natural tones and tactile finishes.

A continuous flow of Amarto Creamy White Oak extra matte timber flooring runs throughout, infusing the living spaces with warmth while complementing the crisp backdrop of Resene Alabaster walls.

The palette was kept neutral, allowing the materials to define the architecture rather than detract from it.

In the kitchen, the focus was on combining refinement with resilience.

Laminam Travertino Gregio Veneto benchtops deliver an elevated sense of natural stone, offering both beauty and practicality.

PowerSurge beam handles in blackened brass frame the integrated appliances, lending a refined industrial edge that ties into the townhouse’s contemporary aesthetic.

Every detail was considered, from the proportions of the joinery to the tactile balance between matte, brushed, and polished finishes.

Texture played a central role throughout these villas, used to create depth and visual interest without relying on bold colour.

The bedrooms were designed as personal sanctuaries, layered with tone, pattern, and softness.

In the master bedroom, Emma Heys’ Sediment Greystone wallpaper forms a statement backdrop, subtle yet rich in texture, while bedrooms two and three feature Villa Nova’s Idyll metallic weave, adding a delicate shimmer that shifts with the light.

The combination of these materials ensures each space feels individual yet cohesive within the overall scheme.

Bremworth loop pile 100% wool carpet softens the second-floor bedrooms and the ground-floor spaces, enhancing comfort and acoustic quality throughout.

The bathrooms exude crafted luxury, defined by Island Stone random quartz mosaic tiles with a tumbled finish.

These natural surfaces provide a tactile counterpoint to the sleek Italian Buddy tapware and fixtures in Tuscan bronze, which introduce a soft warmth and depth of tone.

The play between refined metal and organic stone encapsulates the project’s material philosophy of elegant restraint with layered texture.

Resene Alabaster was used consistently across all walls, ceilings, and trims to maintain a cohesive, fresh backdrop for the home’s textured surfaces and bespoke detailing.

This neutrality allowed the material selections of oak, stone, bronze, and linen to speak for themselves, achieving a timeless palette to appeal to multiple potential home owners.

These villas stand as examples of refined townhouse living with architecture and interior design working in harmony to deliver spaces that feel grounded, tactile, and enduring.

The tall yet understated timber exterior of the townhouses is in keeping with the neighbourhood.
