TrendsProprety.com (.co.nz) + myTrends Property — Temporary Terms & Conditions (Beta)
Effective 30 July 2025 – until full Terms are published

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By accessing myTrends Property or any part of TrendsProperty.com during the public-beta period you (“User”) agree to be bound by:

  • this Temporary Terms & Conditions page;
  • the Interim Privacy & Beta-Disclaimer Notice; and
  • any other notices we display while the site is in beta.

If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the service.

2. SITE STATUS & OWNERSHIP

  • Owner – Trends Property Limited: holds all intellectual-property rights in the TrendsProperty.com platform and the “Trends Property” brand.
  • Operator – ADJ Systems Ltd (NZBN 9429052751981): develops, hosts and supports the site on the Owner’s behalf.
  • Some articles, images and videos are syndicated from Trendsideas.com and are reproduced with permission of The T2 Agency Ltd.
  • The site is in public-beta; features are experimental and may change or break without notice.

3. PURPOSE OF MYTRENDS PROPERTY

The service helps Users collect, organise and collaborate on property-related ideas, resources and journeys for personal education and inspiration. It is not a professional advisory service.

4. ACCOUNT DATA & STORAGE

  • Your profile, notes, comments and uploaded files are stored in HubSpot CRM (servers located in the United States).
  • HubSpot undergoes an independent SOC 2 Type 2 audit covering security, availability and confidentiality controls.
  • By using the service you consent to this offshore storage and to our handling of the data as set out in the Interim Privacy Notice.

5. USER CONDUCT AND UPLOADS

You must not upload, share or link to material that:

  • is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory or discriminatory;
  • infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights;
  • promotes criminal activity; or
  • contains malicious code.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.

6. INTELLECTUAL-PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • Platform content (text, graphics, AI imagery, video, code) is owned by Trends Property Ltd, ADJ Systems Ltd, The T2 Agency Ltd or their licensors.
  • Your own uploads remain yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display them solely within your workspace.

7. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER

  • AI imagery illustrates design concepts and navigation thumbnails; it is for visualisation only and should not be taken as an exact depiction of finished products or services.
  • AI agents assist our team in drafting Top Tips, transcripts, journey maps and guides. All such material is general in nature.
  • Always seek qualified legal, financial, engineering and building advice before acting on any information from the platform.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS, COURSES & RESOURCES

Content, products or services supplied by third parties are shown in good faith. Display does not equal endorsement and we make no warranties about completeness, legality or fitness for purpose. Engage with third parties at your own risk.

9. ANONYMOUS ANALYTICS

We collect aggregated, non-identifiable usage data to debug beta features and improve performance.

10. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Information is provided “as-is” for educational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial or real-estate advice. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any loss, damage or cost—including consequential loss—arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

11. TERMINATION

We may suspend or delete your account without notice if you breach these Terms, use the site unlawfully, or if we withdraw or alter the beta service. You may close your account at any time.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update this page during beta. The “Effective” date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
