The setting
- House set at back of block, views of river, connected to hill on side of house
- Deep feel to the house, small(ish) footprint
Features
- High teppanyaki-style bar system
- Owners originally wanted cooking at the back of the kitchen, but were Leon House’d during construction to the centre island
- A blockading island gives privacy to the kitchen while still being connected to dining and alfresco

Featured colours include deep grey/chocolate / dark grey/charcoal benchtops and white doors. Common colours – deep grey / chocolate / dark grey / charcoal benchtops, virgin white doors
- Integrated Liebherr fridges
- Siemens appliances
- Laundry is behind the kitchen, so we wanted to control the look through, while keeping functionality
