The bar/drinks area, at right, is now separate from the main kitchen zone.
An existing house and pool on the site were removed with the new pool moved to a more effective location.
The bathroom's material palette, wall tiles included, reflects and connects with the lush surrounding environment.
Board-formed concrete provides a rugged, contemporary appeal for this sea-front home.
